As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development, scaling, and reliability of Polynomic’s core agentic AI platform, working across backend services, data pipelines, and platform integrations to enable automated decision-making for digital advertising.

What we are looking for
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Two to five years of professional software engineering experience.
- Understanding of AI systems and workflows in production.
- Interest in ads.
