Role & responsibilities:

•Design and deploy intelligent AI agents using Azure AI Foundry tailored for tax preparation,

compliance monitoring, document processing, and M&A analysis.

•Architect end-to-end automated workflows and pipelines integrating AI agents seamlessly

with existing enterprise systems.

• Execute post-training methodologies including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and

reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) to optimize domain accuracy.

• Establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure, benchmark, and monitor AI

agent accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

• Implement multi-agent systems (MOE), advanced reasoning frameworks, and human-in-the-

loop automation pipelines to maximize delivery efficiency.

•Collaborate with cross-functional service lines (Tax, Audit, Advisory) to translate business

strategies into high-impact AI agent executions.

Preferred profile

Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to AI

agent development and 2+ years of hands-on Azure AI Foundry experience.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical

discipline. Master’s degree (Computer Science, AI/ML, or technical MBA) is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure AI services ecosystem, prompt flow, multi-agent orchestration, domain adaptation, and benchmark/A/B testing frameworks.

Soft Skills: Strong consulting mindset, a bias for action, ability to simplify complex technical systems,and a passion for business transformation through AI.
