AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to building intelligent, data-driven solutions that power our business operations and digital products. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into scalable, intelligent solutions. From model building to performance monitoring, you will be involved across the full AI development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models tailored to specific business needs and use cases
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines that support model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows
• Conduct end-to-end model development activities including training, testing, fine-tuning, and performance benchmarking
• Work on applied AI projects spanning computer vision, image analysis, and natural language processing
• Apply statistical techniques and predictive analytics to derive meaningful, actionable insights from complex datasets
• Handle both structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency throughout the development process
• Participate actively in technical planning sessions, architecture discussions, and design reviews
• Prepare clear documentation including model reports, workflow diagrams, and technical summaries
• Monitor deployed models for efficiency, accuracy, and reliability, and support ongoing maintenance activities
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI research, tools, and industry best practices

Key Skills

Core Skills

• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals and their practical applications
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience building data science or AI-focused solutions
• Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural network concepts
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or equivalent AI/ML libraries
• Working knowledge of Computer Vision techniques and image processing methods
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts and their real-world applications
• Experience with OpenCV and pattern recognition approaches
• Ability to apply predictive modeling and statistical analysis to business problems
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Effective communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced, and technology-driven environments

Good To Have

• Prior experience with AI model deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management
• Exposure to large-scale dataset handling and AI workflow orchestration

Education

• A degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical discipline is required.
• Accepted qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. from a recognized university or institution.
