Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Build solutions using GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and Prompt Engineering
• Automate processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, ServiceNow
• Develop POCs, prototypes, and MVPs
• Integrate APIs, data, databases, and enterprise systems
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation
• Perform technical scoping, feasibility, estimation, and risk assessment
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Create SOPs, documentation, knowledge articles, and reusable templates
