Your Role

As an AI Full Stack Engineer at PALO IT, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, user-focused applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge AI solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs.

• Develop and optimize user interfaces using React 18, ShadCN/UI, Tailwind CSS, and TanStack Query for a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Build scalable, high-performance back-end services using Python FastAPI, and manage databases with Firestore and Google Cloud SQL.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to integrate AI functionalities into applications.
• Work with Claude Code, leveraging GitHub (with PR-based workflows) and GitHub Projects for efficient code collaboration and project management.
• Apply best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and debugging of web applications to ensure high availability and responsiveness.

Who You Are

• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficient in front-end technologies: React 18, ShadCN/UI, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience in back-end development using Python FastAPI and hands-on knowledge of databases like Firestore and Google Cloud SQL.
• Familiarity with deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leveraging AI tools like Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Claude Code.
• Experience working in a collaborative GitHub environment (PR-based workflow).
• Passion for clean code, engineering best practices, and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in agile environments.
