We at Coforge are hiring a GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer with the following skillset:

• Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-native technologies. This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications and are passionate about driving innovation through Generative AI.
• You will work closely with architects, product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering leaders to deliver scalable AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI applications.
• Architect and build Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop scalable AI services, APIs, and backend systems using Python.
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and governance controls.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize solution performance.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical leadership initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering and software development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering and application development experience.
• 5+ years of SDLC experience building enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Agentic AI systems in production environments.

• Advanced prompt engineering, context management, reasoning workflows, and prompt optimization techniques.
• RAG & Knowledge Systems.
• Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases including:

o Pinecone.

o Weaviate.

o Chroma.

o FAISS.

o Azure AI Search.

• AI Operations & Governance.
• LLM evaluation, benchmarking, and automated testing.
• AI observability, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Responsible AI governance and compliance controls.
