The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Power Platform Developer to join a growing technology team delivering innovative automation, AI and digital solutions across the business.

This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies, combining traditional Power Platform development with emerging AI capabilities including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and intelligent automation solutions.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design practical solutions and deliver applications, automations and AI-driven experiences that improve productivity and enhance the way teams work.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of solutions from concept through to deployment, helping shape how modern technologies are adopted across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and maintain applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Develop robust business process automations using Power Automate.
• Create and enhance AI-powered copilots and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate business systems using APIs, custom connectors and Azure services.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support proof-of-concept initiatives focused on automation and AI innovation.
• Develop custom extensions and integrations where low-code capabilities require enhancement.
• Contribute to governance, security and best practices across the Power Platform estate.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Commercial experience developing solutions with:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of solution design and application lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating APIs and external systems.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Python development experience.
• Experience building AI-powered assistants or automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design and retrieval-based architectures.
• Azure Functions and serverless development.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and security frameworks.
• Microsoft certifications relevant to Power Platform, Azure or AI technologies.

About You

You'll be a curious and technically driven developer who enjoys solving complex business problems through technology.

You will have a strong foundation in Power Platform development but also be interested in how AI, automation and cloud technologies can be combined to create intelligent business solutions. You'll be comfortable working across both low-code and custom development approaches and enjoy turning innovative ideas into production-ready outcomes.
