I'm looking for exceptional AI Engineers who want to work on problems where software, machine learning and systems engineering collide. The work is deep. Inference. Model serving. Distributed systems. GPUs. Performance. Reliability. Scale.

The challenge isn't simply getting a model to work. It's making it fast, efficient and reliable when thousands and eventually millions of people depend on it.

That's where things get interesting. I'm looking for engineers who enjoy getting underneath the abstraction. Understanding where the bottleneck is. Making a system faster. Finding another 10%. Then another.

You might have worked on LLMs, ML infrastructure, inference, GPU systems, distributed systems, backend engineering, PyTorch, Python, C++, Go, Kubernetes or cloud infrastructure.You don't need all of it.

What matters is that you like difficult engineering problems and have a track record of building

things that work at scale.
