AI Engineer - Business Operations

We are partnered with a global biopharmaceutical organization that is expanding its AI capabilities and looking to hire an AI Engineer to join its growing AI Transformation team.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering and business transformation, partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and other business functions to identify opportunities for AI adoption and develop practical, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
• Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions
• Build and implement AI applications using Python and modern AI/GenAI technologies
• Lead projects from initial requirements gathering through solution delivery
• Work closely with non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex AI concepts clearly
• Help drive AI adoption across multiple business functions

Your Experience:

• Experience building or implementing AI solutions within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern AI/ML technologies
• Experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, or other applied AI solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience translating business requirements into technical AI solutions
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
• Experience within Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Salesforce, IQVIA, or similar business environments is a plus
• Previous consulting experience within healthcare or life sciences is also highly relevant
