✅ Skills

• Python & Software Engineering: 5+ years building, testing, and debugging clean Python code in team environments.
• Production AI/ML: Real-world experience deploying, scaling, and monitoring live AI/ML systems.
• System Design: Smart decision-making on batch vs. real-time processing, cost vs. speed trade-offs, and building resilient pipelines.
• Cloud & Data Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud tools, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and data pipelines.

Nice-to-Haves (Big Advantage):

• Applied AI & LLMs: Experience running LLMs in production, including prompting and quality evaluation.
• Workflows & Queues: Hands-on with orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal, Airflow) or queue/worker setups.
• ML Ops & Observability: Practical experience with model packaging, versioning, and monitoring tools.
