We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Lead to drive AI-driven automation initiatives from concept to production. You’ll design, build, and deploy agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions, while providing technical leadership and ensuring production-ready delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by building—comfortable with hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and guiding teams through complex automation challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Own technical design and architecture for AI automation initiatives
• Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
• Design multi-agent workflows for end-to-end automation (e.g., document processing, decision automation)
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and automation platforms
• Define and enforce engineering standards through code reviews and technical mentoring
• Ensure solutions are production-ready with monitoring, CI/CD, and operational safeguards
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and guide delivery execution

What You Bring

• 7+ years of hands-on automation development experience, including production deployments
• 3+ years of recent experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based automation
• Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or equivalent)
• Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.)
• Proven ability to act as a technical lead, mentor developers, and deliver solutions to production
