Job Summary

We are seeking a talented AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. The role involves building Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions that address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning algorithms using Python/SQL.
• Build and train machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
• Develop AI solutions for automation, prediction, classification, and data analysis. Such as Contact Centre WFM simulators, time series forecasting model, etc.
• Work with large datasets to clean, process, and analyze data.
• Optimize models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Integrate AI models into production systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI tools.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of relevant experience
