Job Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Python development. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to build innovative AI products, enhance existing enterprise solutions, and drive AI-led transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing production-grade AI applications, integrating AI services into business platforms, and translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Design and build AI Agents and multi-agent workflows to support business processes and decision-making.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI services with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
- Create Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and transform them into scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
- Enhance and optimize existing AI and tax technology solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute to AI architecture decisions, best practices, and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
