About the Role

We are seeking an AI-Powered Software Developer to join our team.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong aptitude for using AI tools to develop, debug, and test both front-end and back-end software.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, has a security-oriented mindset, and can effectively use AI tools to build high-quality software rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI coding tools to assist in the development, debugging, and testing of software applications across both front-end and back-end systems.

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications.

• Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools to improve the software development process.

• Ensure code quality, reliability, and security through testing, security analysis, and development best practices.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and code reviews and help shape the future of our software products.

Requirements

• Hands-on software development experience using AI-powered coding tools such as OpenAI Codex and Claude Code.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• A passion for technology and a desire to stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and software engineering.

• Ability to work onsite in Istanbul and collaborate effectively with the team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
