The Opportunity: This is not a maintenance role ~ This is a build-from-zero opportunity.

You'll work directly with business leaders to design and develop an AI-powered recruiting platform that automates the complete staffing lifecycle—from job intake to candidate placement and beyond.

You won't simply consume AI APIs.

You'll architect intelligent systems, build AI agents, automate workflows, integrate business applications,and help create a product that could redefine how staffing organizations operate.

• Design AI-first solutions for staffing and recruiting operations.
• Build intelligent workflow automations using platforms such as n8n.
• Develop AI agents capable of performing business tasks autonomously.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using organizational knowledge.
• Integrate LLMs into real-world business workflows.
• Develop scalable API integrations across multiple business platforms.
• Build self-hosted AI infrastructure using open-source technologies.
• Deploy and manage local AI models where appropriate.
• Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders to understand business processes.
• Convert complex recruiting workflows into intelligent automation.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.
• Document architecture, workflows, and reusable components.
