🚀 We’re Hiring: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer – AI, Python & Automation

We’re looking for a passionate, highly curious, research-driven Full Stack Developer who loves building innovative, out-of-the-box applications from scratch.

We want a hands-on builder and problem solver — someone who researches, experiments, challenges conventional approaches, and turns new ideas and technologies into working products.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build full-stack applications from scratch
• Develop frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and automation
• Build Python-based backend services, APIs, automation, and data-processing solutions
• Design and manage databases, schemas, queries, and complex data flows
• Build hands-on AI/LLM-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks
• Research and experiment with new AI models, libraries, APIs, frameworks, and emerging technologies
• Work with data from APIs, databases, documents, files, web sources, and external systems
• Build intelligent workflows, AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automated processes
• Design and develop REST APIs and microservices using Fast API, Django, and/or Flask
• Build responsive, user-friendly applications using Angular or React.js
• Deploy, manage, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS
• Own technical decisions from architecture → development → deployment
• Manage development across multiple projects simultaneously

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of strong full-stack development experience
• Strong hands-on Python development skills
• Experience with Python backend frameworks such as Fast API, Django, and/or Flask
• Strong frontend + backend engineering skills, with experience in Angular and/or React.js
• Strong hands-on AI/LLM application development experience
• Experience with OpenAI APIs/LLM integrations, LangChain, RAG, embeddings/vector databases, chatbots/AI assistants, intelligent search, document processing, tool/function calling, AI agents/workflows, recommendation systems, and AI-powered applications
• Experience with Python for data processing, API development, automation, integrations, and AI applications
• Strong SQL and NoSQL, database design, data modeling, querying, and optimization skills
• Strong understanding of system architecture, system design, data structures, algorithms, application security, and authentication
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and integrating third-party systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, and ECS
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, deployment, debugging, monitoring, performance optimization, and production applications
• Ability to independently research unfamiliar technologies and rapidly turn research into working prototypes
• Experience building SaaS platforms, dashboards, enterprise applications, and/or automation tools is preferred
• Knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and/or Material UI is preferred
• Strong UI/UX understanding; Figma knowledge is a plus
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and production deployments
