Work you'll do
As a Palantir Engineer - AI and Data Science Engineer III on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
- Building end-to-end use cases that deliver measurable value across mission-critical operations
- Collaborating directly with customers to prototype solutions, gather feedback, and refine functionality based on user needs
- Configuring and maintaining ontologies that structure enterprise data models across disparate data sources
- Developing data transformation pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analysis within the Palantir environment
- Building workflows and automated decision-support solutions while supporting requirements gathering, demonstrations, and deployment activities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret clearance
- 1+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry, building workflow applications on low-code/no-code platforms, or data engineering on enterprise data platforms such as Databricks
- Experience facilitating technical workshops and client demonstrations
- Experience implementing artificial intelligence in workflow applications, including agentic solutions, and 1+ years of experience developing data pipelines and extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience supporting government clients in a consulting environment
- Experience with Palantir Vantage
- Experience integrating enterprise data sources
