Role: Python Developer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid - onsite in Hyderabad, India

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 6–8 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills combined with experience building RAG workflows, working with vector databases, developing APIs, and deploying scalable AI applications on AWS. Experience with LangChain, FastAPI, Docker, and AWS services such as Lambda and ECS is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize RAG-based Generative AI applications using Python.
• Build and maintain LLM workflows using LangChain and related AI technologies.
• Develop retrieval pipelines using vector databases to support high-quality search and content generation.
• Integrate LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval components into scalable backend applications.
• Develop high-performance APIs using FastAPI and Uvicorn.
• Build asynchronous Python applications capable of supporting high-volume workloads.
• Deploy and manage AI applications using AWS services, including Lambda and ECS.
• Containerize applications using Docker and support scalable cloud deployments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using tools such as Datadog and ddtrace.
• Troubleshoot application, API, RAG pipeline, and production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate requirements into reliable AI-powered solutions.
• Explore and implement modern Generative AI technologies, including MCP Servers.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.
• Experience working with vector databases.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience developing APIs using FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming in Python.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Understanding of MCP Servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
