Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon

Role: AI Native Software Engineer

Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer who treats AI as a core engineering partner—not just a coding assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design production-grade Agentic AI systems for HR, Finance & Operations

• Architect RAG pipelines – ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search & retrieval evaluation

• Build multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or equivalent

• Design agent routing, tools, guardrails, fallback paths & evaluation frameworks

• Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) validation for high-impact/irreversible actions

• Write precise technical specifications and context rules for AI agents

• Review and audit AI-generated code for security, performance and correctness

• Develop backend APIs, integrations and lightweight frontend components

• Build automated testing and CI/CD pipelines with strong edge-case and adversarial coverage

Must-Have Skills

Strong Python / Software Engineering fundamentals

System Design, Distributed Systems, DSA & API Architecture

LangGraph / LangChain / AutoGen or equivalent agentic frameworks

Production experience with RAG & Vector Databases

Embeddings, Hybrid Search & RRF (Reciprocal Rank Fusion)

Prompt & Context Engineering

AI-native tools: Cursor / Windsurf / GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Aider / Codex CLI

AWS / Azure / GCP

REST APIs, async programming & enterprise integrations

Automated testing, CI/CD & code auditing

Good to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Concur / Oracle HCM integration experience

• Enterprise IAM – Okta / Azure AD

• Fine-tuning, MLOps or model evaluation experience

• GitHub/portfolio demonstrating AI-native or spec-driven development

Ideal Candidate: An architect-minded engineer who can design the system, write precise specifications, orchestrate AI agents, and rigorously validate AI-generated code before production.
