As one of ERPA's foundational AI Engineers, you'll design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions supporting executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance, HR, reporting, analytics, and business automation.

Beyond delivering high-quality AI solutions, you'll help establish engineering standards, build reusable AI frameworks, influence the technical direction of our AI platform, and mentor future engineers as our AI organization grows.

✔ Build scalable, production-grade AI applications using Python.

✔ Develop enterprise RAG solutions and AI Agents.

✔ Build multi-agent workflows using modern AI frameworks.

✔ Integrate AI with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

✔ Optimize LLM performance, scalability, security, latency, and operational cost.

✔ Develop reusable AI components, frameworks, and engineering best practices.

✔ Own AI initiatives from concept and prototyping through production deployment.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

✔ 4–8 years of Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering experience

✔ Strong Python programming skills

✔ Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and AWS

✔ Experience with enterprise AI applications and modern AI frameworks

✔ A startup mindset with strong ownership, innovation, and execution
