Generative AI Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Should have 4+ years of hands-on and full-time experience in design and development of Python-based applications and services.
• Work in sprints assigned by the leads in projects related to working with LLMs, Agentic AI,AI workflow automation, AI/ML models, and other AWS tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all architecture and design decisions.
• Be flexible to research when needed to always find best and latest libraries for development of required functionality, rather than depend on past knowledge and must deliver clearly documented artifacts.
• Be willing to quickly learn new things and implement, i.e. do not expect the tasks given to be monotonous in nature. The need to continuously learn new things should be expected.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, technical architecture, solution design, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Deliver standards driven, high-quality, and well-tested code to other cross-functional teams or QA for integration and testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for high performance and reliability.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, including advancements in AI, and bring new ideas and concepts to the table.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and Agentic AI solutions.
• Must have 4+ years of hands-on and full-time experience in design and development of Python-based applications and services.
• Have strong proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation using libraries such as pandas, database integrations, etc.
• Strong proficiency and prior experience in designing Agentic AI solutions using Langgraph.
• Well versed with using Git Hub for source code management, automated deployment pipelines, etc. to enable continuous development, continuous integration, and continuous testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
