We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Experience & Order Coordinator to support our customers and ensure smooth order operations.
This role will manage customer communication, order coordination, delivery follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
- Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email
- Follow up on delivery delays and customer complaints
- Coordinate with 3PL partners regarding order issues
- Handle address corrections and delivery updates
- Support subscription and reorder follow-ups
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
- Collect customer feedback and reviews
- Coordinate internally with operations and marketing teams
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
- Organized and detail-oriented personality
- Experience in ecommerce customer service is preferred
- Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally
- Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
