We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Experience & Order Coordinator to support our customers and ensure smooth order operations.


Role Description

This role will manage customer communication, order coordination, delivery follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email
  • Follow up on delivery delays and customer complaints
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners regarding order issues
  • Handle address corrections and delivery updates
  • Support subscription and reorder follow-ups
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Collect customer feedback and reviews
  • Coordinate internally with operations and marketing teams


Candidate Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality
  • Experience in ecommerce customer service is preferred
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally
  • Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce systems is a plus
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
