Senior Python Developer — Stockholm (2 Days Per Month) - 65,000 SEK - 75,000 SEK

Most e-commerce platforms say they're "modernising." This one actually did it.

I am partnering with one of the Nordics' most established online marketplace platforms — a listed Swedish company that has just completed a full tech overhaul with AI at its core. They're now looking for a Backend Engineer to help build what comes next.

This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be working on the platform that powers millions of transactions across two major Nordic marketplaces — from architectural discussions through to production. Small team, big impact, no passengers.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and deploying scalable backend services in Python and FastAPI
• Creating AI-powered features at the heart of the marketplace
• Working with Kafka and Kubernetes for high availability and performance
• Contributing end-to-end — from system design through to deployment

What they're looking for:

• Strong Python skills
• Experience with event-driven systems and microservices
• Cloud experience (GCP, AWS or similar)
• A DevOps mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving
