Role Description As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models that power our foundation AGI systems. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining training pipelines, working with large-scale datasets, experimenting with model architectures, and profiling performance on modern compute platforms. You will collaborate closely with researchers and software engineers to take ideas from prototype to production, integrate models into embodied intelligence systems, and monitor their performance and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in machine learning and deep learning, including experience with model design, training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tooling such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar libraries.
- Solid software engineering abilities in languages such as Python and C++ and experience with version control, testing, and clean code practices.
- Experience working with large-scale data processing, training pipelines, and cloud or high-performance computing environments.
- Familiarity with areas such as reinforcement learning, embodied AI, or robotics is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with Linux-based development, containerization, and scripting for automation of experiments and deployments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Stockholm, collaborate effectively in diverse teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
