About Senior AI Engineer Position
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build end-to-end multi-agent AI systems for internal
products and platforms. You will drive the architecture, implementation, and deployment of AI agents that
automate business workflows, enhance productivity, and enable intelligent decision-making across the
organization.

Responsibilities
o Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end multi-agent AI systems for internal business applications.
o Build autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory management, and collaboration.
o Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources, APIs, databases, and internal systems.
o Design and implement RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, vector databases, and agent workflows.
o Evaluate and optimize AI system performance, reliability, scalability, security, and cost.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and transform requirements into AI solutions.
o Research and evaluate emerging AI models, agent frameworks, and best practices.
o Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering standards and architecture decisions..
Requirements
o From 3 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with hands-on experience developing AI applications.
o Proven experience building end-to-end AI solutions, from solution design and development to production deployment.
o Hands-on experience designing and developing multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
o Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and proficiency in Python for AI development.
o Good problem-solving and communication skills in English; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, or AI evaluation/observability is a plus.
