About Replai

Replai is an AI platform that helps large enterprises understand, maintain, and evolve their mission-critical and most complex software systems. The platform analyzes source code, runtime traces, tickets, documentation, and internal knowledge to build a living model of how an organization's software actually works - turning years of accumulated technical and business knowledge into an accessible, ready-to-use institutional knowledge base.

Replai helps engineering teams navigate complex environments, modernize legacy systems, and build new capabilities with greater speed and confidence - even as the few people who hold pieces of the puzzle become harder and harder to find.

We work with global banks, insurers, and enterprises operating COBOL, Oracle Forms, Java, .NET, proprietary languages, and other legacy stacks at 100M+ lines of code.

Founded by two serial entrepreneurs with backgrounds spanning Meta, Sapiens, JFrog, and CrazyLabs. Early stage, already in production at some of the world's largest enterprises, and recently completed its first funding round, positioning the company for its next stage of growth.

The Role

We're looking for strong hands-on engineers to join the Core team and work on the foundations of the platform - agents, models, data pipelines, and large-scale processing - from early prototyping through to production.

You'll have real ownership of what you build, end-to-end, from early research through to production - with direct access to customers and product decisions, and a chance to shape both the engineering culture and the product direction from the ground up.

What You'll Work On

• Building AI agents that understand and operate on complex, multi-language codebases

• Designing data pipelines and knowledge graph infrastructure at scale

• LLM orchestration and Agentic workflow development

• Solving genuinely hard algorithmic and engineering problems with real business impact

What We're Looking For

Hands-on engineers with strong background in at least two of the following:

• System architecture and design at scale

• Agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration

• Prior experience on a core team at an early-stage startup

• Multi-language experience - you pick the right tool and learn new ones fast

Primary stack: Python and Go.
