We are seeking a skilled Ai Ml Engineer | Delhi having 7+ yrs with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML, NLU, RAG and LLM-based solutions for enterprise applications.
• Define LLM evaluation strategies and evaluation harnesses to measure model quality, accuracy and performance.
• Implement hallucination mitigation techniques, guardrails and responsible AI practices.
• Develop fine-tuning and model retraining strategies based on business and performance requirements.
• Build and deploy GenAI/LLM solutions using Python.
• Drive production deployment, monitoring and MLOps for AI/ML models.
• Provide strong technical leadership and guide engineering teams on AI/ML architecture and implementation.
