Full Stack Software Engineer – Nopex Platform

About The Role

Nopex is an AI-agent-native platform for software delivery. We turn requirements into running production systems by orchestrating swarms of specialised AI agents that plan, code, test, review, deploy, and operate software — with humans in the loop where it matters.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work across our five products: Console (requirements and document SaaS), Swarm (multi-agent orchestration daemon), Hive (control plane), Stack (AI-native CI/CD), and Billing Gateway. You'll build features whose users are both humans and AI agents — and you'll work side by side with our own agents while doing it.

Your responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features: Next.js 16 / React (shadcn/ui, Nopex Design System) ↔ Fastify / NestJS APIs ↔ PostgreSQL (Drizzle) ↔ Redis/BullMQ
• Design product surfaces that both humans and AI agents consume — REST APIs with Zod, MCP tools, SSE/WebSocket streams
• Extend the Swarm: write new persona plugins, tools, workspace drivers, or transport adapters
• Touch the platform plumbing: pipelines in Stack, deployment drivers in Hive, webhook flows in Billing Gateway
• Own production: Sentry instrumentation, Playwright/Vitest coverage, k8s manifests, on-call when things wobble
• Pair with our own AI agents — reviewing PRs from Swarm as often as you write them yourself

What you bring

• 4+ years building production TypeScript across frontend and backend
• Solid Next.js / React and at least one Node backend framework (Fastify or Nest)
• Comfort with PostgreSQL, an ORM (Drizzle/Prisma), and Redis-based queues
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes — no SRE bar, but `kubectl describe` shouldn't scare you
• Opinions about API design, type safety, and where validation belongs
• A pragmatic stance on AI tooling — neither hype-driven nor allergic

Nice to have

• LLM/agent experience (Anthropic, OpenAI, MCP, prompt caching, tool-use protocols)
• Monorepo tooling (pnpm workspaces, Turbo)
• Drizzle migrations, Zod-first API contracts, OpenAPI 3.1
• Observability deep-dives (Sentry, OTel, trace UIs)
