We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Technical Lead to join our team. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions . This is a hands-on leadership role combining Machine Learning, Python engineering, MLOps, and technical mentorship to deliver scalable solutions for pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing use cases. initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Software Engineering.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical teams and solution delivery.

Nice to Have

• NLP, physical AI, simulation, or optimization experience.
• Azure ML, Docker, Kubernetes, and streaming technologies.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
