AI Engineer

We're looking for a Junior/Middle AI Engineer to build and ship LLM-powered solutions. You'll work across the entire stack: designing retrieval and agent workflows, wiring models into the product, and providing production support.

What you'll do

• Build LLM-backed features from prototype to production — RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, tool integrations, and the APIs and UIs around them.
• Model deployment, inference performance, cost, and latency.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI and machine learning initiatives.
• Work closely with business teams to align requirements with business objectives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in software development with a focus on AI applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or .Net.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm for deploying AI services.
• Familiarity with vector search and modern data infrastructure.
• An instinct for picking up whatever the problem needs, and the judgment to know when a simpler approach beats a clever one.
