Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior AI/ML Engineer for an innovative and rapidly growing healthcare services organization focused on modernizing its technology platform through data, AI, and automation. This is an onsite, full time opportunity located in Addison, TX.

RESPONSIBILITI

• ES:Design, build, deploy, and support production AI and machine learning solutions, including LLM applications, traditional ML models, and future agentic AI capabiliti

• nt.Develop secure, scalable AI architectures utilizing technologies such as RAG, vector databases, model gateways, APIs, and cloud-native services while meeting HIPAA and SOC 2 requiremen

COMPENSATION AND BENE

FITS:This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $160,000 (DOE) along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings options.
