From coding and design to artificial intelligence and problem-solving, our courses are fun, practical, and designed with children in mind. We're building a generation of creators, not just consumers of technology.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Tech Instructor who can teach coding and digital skills to kids and teens in an engaging, relatable, and project-based way. You'll be working with our curriculum team to deliver classes on either Scratch, Python, Web Development, and other beginner-friendly technologies. Your role goes beyond teaching - it's about inspiring confidence, creativity, and curiosity in young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging tech lessons (Scratch, Python, Web Dev, or AI).
• Break down complex concepts into simple, fun, and relatable examples.
• Guide students through project-based learning and coding challenges.
• Provide personalized support to ensure no child is left behind.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve lesson content.
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in every class.
• Give feedback on students' projects and celebrate their achievements.

• Strong knowledge of any of the following technologies: Scratch, Python, and Web Development basics.
• Experience teaching kids/teens (formal or informal).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Patience, creativity, and ability to engage children of different ages.
• Comfortable teaching either in-person or online.

• Experience running coding clubs, hackathons, or bootcamps for kids.
• Ability to create fun coding challenges and mini-games.
• Background in EdTech or child-centered learning environments.
