About the Role
- Explore data, engineer features, and build machine learning models for real business challenges.
- Design, run, and evaluate experiments to support products such as fraud detection, recommendation engines, ranking, and personalisation.
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers and backend developers to bring successful models into production.
- Present insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative, data-driven environment focused on continuous learning and innovation.
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Science (internships, research projects, and academic work are welcomed).
- Strong Python skills with experience using pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning, statistics, and experimental design.
- Good SQL skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Nice to have: Exposure to Spark, Databricks, recommendation systems, fraud detection, or SaaS/high-scale product environments.
