By combining cutting-edge Generative AI with deep industry expertise, they've built a platform that helps organisations analyse complex legal documentation faster, more accurately, and at a fraction of the traditional cost.

Following continued growth, they're looking for an AI Engineer to join their team and help scale the next generation of AI-powered products.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll be building production-grade AI applications that solve real business challenges. Working alongside a highly ambitious team, you'll help develop intelligent systems capable of understanding, extracting, and reasoning over large volumes of unstructured data.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, influence technical decisions, and play a key role in the evolution of a rapidly growing AI platform.

What You'll Be Working On

• Developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Building and optimising RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows
• Designing evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI performance
• Enhancing prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and context management
• Developing scalable backend services and APIs
• Working closely with legal and product specialists to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Improving reliability, scalability, and performance across production environments

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Python development
• Experience building applications using Generative AI and LLMs
• Understanding of RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, or LLM evaluation frameworks
• Experience developing and deploying production-ready software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A passion for building high-impact AI products
