You’ll be joining a high-impact engineering team within a global AI business, building scalable applications that bring intelligent systems into production. As green-field as it gets in a tech giant!

The Role:

This is a Senior Full Stack Engineering role focused on building and scaling modern applications powered by AI.

You’ll work across backend, frontend and AI integrations, designing systems, influencing technical direction, and delivering production-grade solutions.

You won’t just be coding to spec, you’ll be solving complex problems, making technical decisions, and helping define how AI is embedded into products.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end development of full-stack applications (Python + React)
• Design and implementation of scalable APIs and microservices
• Integration of AI agent systems and intelligent workflows
• Real-time monitoring, logging and performance tracking systems
• Technical direction and contribution to architecture decisions
• Code quality, best practices and engineering standards
• Mentoring! Everyone’s expected to contribute to it in some way

What You’ll Be Doing:

Full Stack Development

Build and maintain applications across backend (Python) and frontend (React), delivering performant and scalable systems.

AI & Agent Systems

Integrate AI-powered solutions, including agent orchestration, workflows and decision-making systems.

APIs & Microservices

Design and build robust APIs to enable communication between systems and AI components.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Work with cloud platforms, containers and infrastructure-as-code to support scalable deployments.

Collaboration

Partner with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver high-quality features that reach production.

Engineering Standards

Write clean, secure, maintainable code and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years’ experience in full-stack engineering roles
• Strong Python experience (FastAPI, Django or Flask)
• Advanced React.js skills (hooks, state management, modern JS/TS)
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Exposure to AI/ML tools (e.g. LLM APIs, LangChain, Bedrock or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and system design
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Comfortable working in agile, product-focused environments
• Mentoring experience or contributing to engineering best practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating AI agent systems
• Interest in generative AI frameworks and architectures
• Experience with real-time systems or event-driven architectures

Location:

Dublin (hybrid working model)

3 days per week hybrid in the office in Dublin City Centre.
