Job Overview:

People10 is on a strategic journey to become an AI-native technology services organization. We are embedding AI across our engineering practices, delivery processes, internal operations, client solutions, and market positioning.

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our leadership team and drive this transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for defining People10's AI vision, building AI-native engineering capabilities, shaping client-facing AI offerings, and establishing People10 as a recognized leader in AI-led enterprise transformation.

Based in Dubai and Bengaluru, this role will work closely with leadership, clients, partners, and delivery teams across global markets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 12–18 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, consulting, data, cloud, or

enterprise technology leadership.

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital, cloud, data, or AI transformation initiatives.

• Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents and Agentic Architectures
• Data Platforms, Data Governance, and MDM
• Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• DevOps, MLOps, and AI Engineering Practices
