Teamware Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Agentic AI FDE for one of the leading Digital Infrastructure and Cloud Services organizations in the UAE.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI engineering professional with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Agentic AI, agent frameworks, multi-agent workflows, prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, API development, and enterprise AI integration. In this role, you will design, develop, evaluate, and integrate intelligent AI agents and multi-agent solutions that address complex enterprise use cases.

You will work closely with engineering, product, business, and technology teams to build production-ready Agentic AI solutions, integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, and ensure reliability, performance, and effectiveness through robust evaluation practices.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Design and develop production-ready Agentic AI solutions using Python and modern agent frameworks.

Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows for complex enterprise use cases.

Develop effective prompt engineering strategies to improve agent accuracy, reasoning, and task execution.

Implement tool-calling capabilities that enable AI agents to interact with APIs, applications, databases, and enterprise services.

Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge and data retrieval.

Develop and integrate REST APIs and other services to connect AI agents with enterprise applications and platforms.

Build scalable AI agent workflows that support reliable and efficient task automation.

Develop evaluation frameworks and methodologies to measure agent performance, accuracy, reliability, and overall solution effectiveness.

Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agents and multi-agent workflows for production environments.

Integrate Agentic AI solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, APIs, and technology platforms.

Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.

Drive continuous improvement of AI agents through experimentation, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.

Ensure enterprise AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with technical standards.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, Generative AI, or related technology domains.

Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.

Practical experience working with Agentic AI and modern agent frameworks.

Strong understanding of multi-agent workflows, agent orchestration, and AI agent design patterns.

Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and optimizing prompts for enterprise AI applications.

Strong understanding and implementation experience with tool calling and function calling.

Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Strong experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise applications.

Experience building evaluation strategies and frameworks for AI agents and LLM-based applications.

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and system interoperability.

Experience developing production-grade AI applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
