HireLogic is partnering with a confidential, venture-backed AI and healthcare technology company to identify a Software Engineer. What You'll Do
- Design and build full-stack product features from concept through production
- Develop customer-facing applications, dashboards, and data visualization tools
- Build software that automates complex laboratory and data analysis workflows
- Apply machine learning techniques to solve challenging real-world engineering problems
- Write clean, scalable, production-quality code
- Collaborate directly with scientists, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Contribute to architecture, product direction, and engineering best practices within a small, collaborative team
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience building and shipping production software
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Full-stack development experience is highly preferred
- Experience with modern web technologies such as React or TypeScript is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work in a fast-moving startup environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000–$160,000 (based on experience and location)
