AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist

Are you passionate about helping people work smarter with AI?

We're looking for a proactive AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist to act as the bridge between our AI tools and the people who use them — training teams, solving issues, and embedding AI into everyday workflows across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

AI Enablement & Training:

• Design and deliver structured AI enablement programs, hands-on training, workshops, and demos for employees and department heads.
• Develop role-based training materials, guides, SOPs, and best-practice documentation.
• Ensure users understand AI capabilities, limitations, and ethics, and support onboarding into AI tools and platforms.

AI User Support & Operations:

• Act as the first point of contact for AI-related issues, troubleshooting tool, workflow, and access problems.
• Coordinate with AI Engineers, Product Managers, or vendors on advanced technical escalations.
• Monitor recurring issues, recommend fixes, and maintain support logs, FAQs, and knowledge bases.

AI Product & Experience Management:

• Support the AI Product Manager with user feedback, pain points, and enhancement recommendations.
• Participate in AI tool rollout planning, testing, and post-launch support, validating tools from an end-user perspective.
• Help ensure AI solutions are intuitive and usable, and assist in defining usage guidelines and governance standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Enablement:

• Work with department heads to identify AI use cases and drive adoption within their teams.
• Act as a change ambassador, helping teams shift from manual processes to AI-assisted workflows.
• Support internal communications on AI updates and promote responsible, compliant AI usage.

Microsoft Copilot Enablement & Support:

• Deliver hands-on Copilot training tailored to different business functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations).
• Support employees integrating Copilot into daily workflows like drafting, reporting, and meeting summaries.
• Provide first-level support for Copilot issues and develop guides, SOPs, and prompt libraries for enterprise use.
• Collect user feedback to share with the AI Product Manager, ensuring usage aligns with governance and security standards.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

• Track AI adoption metrics, training coverage, and user satisfaction, and prepare progress reports.
• Continuously update training content and documentation, staying current on emerging AI tools and features.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent portfolio of projects).
• 3–5 years in AI enablement, digital tools support, product operations, IT support, or tech training; exposure to product management, UX, or change management is a plus.

Systems & Languages:

• Familiar with generative AI platforms, automation tools, analytics tools, or AI-powered SaaS products, plus collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and ticketing/helpdesk systems.
• Understanding of AI concepts, workflows, and prompt usage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong working knowledge of enterprise AI tools, generative AI platforms, and AI-enabled productivity systems.
• Able to train non-technical users and leaders on AI adoption clearly and practically, and troubleshoot tool, workflow, and adoption issues hands-on.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with strong analytical thinking and adaptability to evolving AI technologies.
• Strong documentation and process-building skills for AI usage guidelines and support materials.
