We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a team developing advanced safety solutions for heavy equipment. The role focuses on embedded software that leverages perception technologies to enhance machine awareness, support collision mitigation, and improve safety for operators and personnel working around equipment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop and enhance machine safety software running on Linux-based platforms.

· Integrate perception technologies into safety-critical applications.

· Collaborate with systems engineering and validation teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

· Support software deployment across multiple machine platforms and product configurations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve software issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

· Ability to design, develop, test, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.

· Strong proficiency in embedded software development using C/C++.

· Detail-oriented self-starter with a demonstrated track record of delivering results in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with sensing, perception, or machine vision technologies.

· Experience developing real-time or safety-critical software.

· Experience developing software for robotic systems.

· Familiarity with industrial or automotive communication networks.
