We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to play a key role in designing and developing an innovative platform that combines semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, agentic AI, and modern data engineering practices to create AI-ready analytics solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale systems that automate semantic modeling, metadata enrichment, and dimensional data design, enabling organizations to unlock greater value from diverse data sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain agent-based AI solutions that automate semantic mapping, ontology-driven reasoning, and data model generation.
• Build and extend enterprise semantic models and ontologies using technologies such as RDF, OWL, and knowledge graphs to establish reusable business semantics.
• Develop LLM-powered services for schema interpretation, semantic alignment, metadata generation, and ontology enrichment with a focus on scalability, explainability, and accuracy.
• Implement and optimize SPARQL-based querying and reasoning capabilities to drive semantic insights and downstream transformations.
• Create robust Python-based microservices and data pipelines that integrate AI, semantic reasoning, and data engineering workflows.
• Design and deliver automated dimension and fact generation pipelines to produce analytics-ready star schemas from diverse data sources.
• Establish engineering best practices for quality, observability, security, performance, and reusability across the platform.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, governance teams, and subject matter experts to validate semantic definitions and support platform adoption.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications and services using commercial or open-source models.
• Strong understanding of semantic web technologies, including RDF, OWL, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and SPARQL.
• Experience working with agentic AI frameworks, orchestration tools, or AI workflow platforms.
• Solid background in data engineering, including ETL/ELT processes, dimensional modeling, and metadata-driven architectures.
• Experience developing solutions on cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in complex and evolving environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise data models, canonical models, or industry-standard semantic frameworks.
• Familiarity with ontology mapping, semantic alignment, metadata management, or data catalog solutions.
• Exposure to MLOps, LLMOps, model evaluation, and AI observability practices.
• Understanding of distributed systems, CI/CD processes, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience developing AI-enabled analytics, semantic layers, or natural language query solutions for business users
