In this role, you will build intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks while integrating with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and logistics platforms.
You will ensure these systems operate safely and reliably through strong guardrails, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls while continuously optimizing performance and exploring new use cases.
How you create impact
- Architect and build AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, decision-making, and autonomous task execution
- Develop agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct) or custom solutions
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (TMS, ERP, CRM, WMS) and external APIs
- Design scalable, modular components reusable across logistics workflows
- Implement guardrails, validation layers, and human-in-the-loop review processes
- Build monitoring, logging, and explainability capabilities for transparency and auditability
- Optimize agent performance (accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, token usage)
- Conduct benchmarking and real-world scenario testing
- Prototype and deploy high-impact use cases, such as:
- Autonomous customer support agents
- AI-powered operations assistants
- Logistics planning and automation agents
- Data analysis and reporting tools
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Proven experience building AI/ML or agent-based systems, ideally using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar
- Strong Python skills and experience integrating with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and optimization for performance and reliability
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to design scalable architectures, including data pipelines, event-driven systems, and workflow automation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business or operational processes into technical solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work across cross-functional teams; logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plus
