• Strong experience in Python Development
• Experience in ReactJS and modern front-end development frameworks

• Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
• JPA / Hibernate
• Microservices Architecture
• RESTful APIs and SOAP Services
• Maven
• Containerization using Docker
• OpenShift / Kubernetes deployment experience
• Experience with AI/GenAI application development
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agent Development (Agentic AI)
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Integration with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms
• Vector Databases and Semantic Search concepts
• Git and CI/CD pipelines

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, Java, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.
• Develop and enhance backend services using Spring Boot and Python frameworks.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs for enterprise integrations.
• Develop AI-powered applications leveraging RAG, LLMs, and Agent-based architectures.
• Build and integrate AI Agents to automate business workflows and decision-making processes.
• Implement MCP standards to enable secure and scalable communication between AI models, tools, and enterprise systems.
• Integrate vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search capabilities into GenAI solutions.
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.

Salary Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per year

Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
