Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Generative AI Architect role based in India, TX. The Generative AI Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing generative AI solutions that support ResourceTree’s HR products, recruitment processes, and data-driven decision-making. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define AI use cases, selecting appropriate models and architectures, and building scalable pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment. The role involves integrating generative AI capabilities into existing platforms, ensuring model performance, reliability, and ethical use, and maintaining documentation of technical designs and workflows. The Generative AI Architect will also monitor emerging AI technologies, conduct proof-of-concept initiatives, and provide guidance to engineering and product teams on best practices for AI integration and governance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in AI/ML modeling and architecture, including experience with generative models (e.g., transformer-based LLMs, diffusion models, or GANs).
• Candidates should possess proficiency in programming and development tools, such as Python, relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and MLOps practices for deployment and monitoring.
• Candidates should possess skills in data engineering and analytics, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data at scale.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in solution design and systems integration, including designing end-to-end AI solutions and integrating AI services with existing platforms and APIs.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field are beneficial.
