Predictive Maintenance Engineer

Required qualifications

· Hands-on or strongly demonstrable experience with: OPC-UA, Edge AI (general: TinyML/On-Device ML), Predictive Maintenance / RUL, MQTT / Sparkplug B, MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow), Python.

· Hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, operations technology, or enterprise transformation environments.

· Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams across OT and IT boundaries.

· Strong documentation, troubleshooting, testing, communication, and delivery ownership.

· Experience supporting implementation, integration, support, rollout, upgrade, or production deployment projects.

· Comfortable in remote, hybrid, and plant-facing delivery models depending on client needs.

Preferred qualifications

· Experience with production-grade AI, GenAI, RAG, model evaluation, AI governance, or MLOps.

· Experience with camera, sensor, machine, edge, or time-series data from manufacturing environments.

· Experience with regulated or quality-sensitive manufacturing such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, food and beverage, packaging, chemicals, or electronics.

· Experience working with global teams, offshore/nearshore delivery, and client-facing consulting environments.

· Exposure to Agile, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SOP documentation, runbooks, and production support models.
