Software Engineer IA

We’re Looking for a Software Engineer IA (Agentic AI & Reliability Platform)

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer IA with Agentic AI development experience to build a centralized reliability command center that provides a unified view of system health, risk, and reliability across services and environments.

This role combines backend engineering, AI agents, and developer-facing tools, leveraging AI-assisted development to build scalable, intelligent, and high-impact solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering.

Proven track record building and operating complex production systems.

Programming & Backend:

Strong proficiency in Python.

Experience architecting data-intensive applications and robust APIs.

AI & Agentic Development:

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as:

• Cursor
• Claude
• GitHub Copilot

Practical experience working with LLMs or AI frameworks to build automation, guidance systems, and intelligent workflows.

Product & Problem Solving:

Strong product mindset — ability to understand the “what” and “why,” not just the “how.”

Ability to take ambiguous requirements and rapidly iterate toward working solutions.

Ways of Working:

Experience owning projects end-to-end: requirements, architecture, development, testing, and rollout.

Strong collaboration skills across Product, Infrastructure, Data, and SRE teams.

Key Responsibilities

Build a centralized reliability command center for system health, risk, and reliability visibility.

Develop AI agents to support:

• Incident triage
• Root cause analysis
• Log and trace summarization
• Recommended next actions

Create developer-facing features and APIs to improve debugging, observability, and decision-making.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools to prototype, refactor, and deliver high-quality code efficiently.

Own projects end-to-end, from design through production rollout and iteration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Ability to validate and refine AI-generated UI code.

Experience working with distributed systems or reliability platforms.
