Current Opportunity We are entering an exciting next chapter and are hiring NLP Engineers to build, scale, and optimize our Machine Learning models to provide the most effective and accurate solutions in the industry.

Our platform leverages Generative AI, Vision AI, and Predictive AI to analyze billions of enterprise records, drawing insights from transactional and master data that are critical for improving order management efficiency.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Natural Language Processing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong computer science background and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain machine learning, deep learning models and other state-of-the-art algorithms, including the software development life cycle surrounding it.
• Build data pipelines to collect, preprocess, and analyze large and complex data sets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, tuning models to ensure optimal results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in machine learning, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and other teams.
• Develop end to end solution addressing the business & systems needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience designing and implementing NLP models, software development experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
• Strong programming skills in Python or another high-level language.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, statistical modeling, data mining, and optimization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong fundamental understanding of Machine Learning theory, architectures, and innovative research areas.
• Expertise with data visualization tools to help "tell a story" by leveraging data
• Comfortable handling a high volume of work daily
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Willingness to support several projects simultaneously and to accept reprioritization as necessary
• Working remotely and meeting with the team once a month in Medellin
