Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Hands-on AI/ML depth and deployment; Databricks; Azure AI Foundry; multi-agent systems; Databricks, MLflow, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, model serving; production Python AI/ML engineering; RAG and LLM application architecture; multi-agent workflows; MCP/tool calling; LangGraph/Semantic Kernel/OpenAI Agents SDK or similar; CI/CD; AIOps/MLOps; LLM/RAG/agent evaluation; AI observability, tracing, monitoring, production debugging; reusable accelerators/templates/reference implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Define AI/ML architecture; work directly with teams to build and deploy AI models; improve applied AI delivery patterns; accelerate teams through production deployment, evals, AI Ops, agents, reusable skills/components, and templates.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Hands-on technical leadership; practice enablement; team acceleration; ability to push applied AI practices forward.

Salary Range: $142,000 -$150,000 year
