Role Description The AI Engineer role at Tuba | طوبى is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models that improve healthcare benefits optimization, including building and training neural networks and pattern recognition systems. Daily tasks include collaborating with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, implementing machine learning algorithms, processing and analyzing large datasets, and integrating AI solutions into production-grade software. The role also involves working with natural language processing (NLP) to interpret and structure benefits-related information, monitoring model performance, and iterating on solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning techniques such as Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience training and evaluating models.
  • Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially in building and deploying text-processing pipelines and models.
  • Practical experience with programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits management, or related domains is a plus, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
