Python Developer

❗We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong AI to join the team in a full-time contractor capacity.❗

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Python solutions in a modern SaaS environment, contributing to an AI-powered integration platform connecting legacy banking systems with modern digital architectures.
• Build intelligent, context-aware applications using modern AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots and assistants using Python and LLM APIs, including OpenAI and other leading model providers.
• Work on prompt engineering, LLM optimization and fine-tuning to improve the quality and reliability of AI-powered features.
• Deploy, operate, and scale AI services using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and modern CI/CD practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Python development experience and hands-on knowledge of FastAPI or other modern Python web frameworks.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Practical experience with LLM/AI technologies such as LangChain, RAG, vector databases is a plus.
